SUITE PRICING

All Day / Entire 3rd Floor: $1,200
Includes: Chandelier Suite, the Candy Bar, the Deck, the Patio, the Courtyard, the Cafe, the Party Suite & Kitchen.

Any Time Single Room Pricing:
1-2 hours / $100 - $300
3-4 hours / $200 - $400
5-6 hours / $300 - $500
7-8+ hours / $500 - $600

*Prices include setup, tear down, chairs, black linens and centerpieces!
*Prices are subject to change, but are confirmed on events on which deposits have been made.

Time Limit
There is a six hour time limit for the wedding ceremony / reception, not including setup or tear down. Additional setup time will be allotted day of wedding for your last minute preparations and removal of items, two hours before and one hour after. Also includes one hour for turnover of ceremony seating to reception. Additional time exceeding six hours is available at $75 per hour.

Caterer
Affairs by DoCo requires a certificate of insurance from caterer. The caterer will be responsible for cleaning the kitchen and bagging all trash for removal. There will be a $300 clean up fee assessed if these items are not completed.

SECURITY GUARD
Any event that continues after 9pm will be assessed a $25 per hour security guard fee. (One security guard per 50 people)

Linens / Centerpieces
There will be a $75.00 per centerpiece charge if any or all Affairs by DoCo centerpieces are removed from the premises. There will be a $100.00 per linen fee assessed for any linens damaged.

TRADITIONS
We do not allow throwing of rice, confetti or other small material inside or outside the facility.

Arrangement of Services

Guarantee of Guest Count
A final guarantee of guest count is due 72 hours prior to the date of the event. Charges will be based wholly and 100% on that final number.

PAYMENT
Payment in full is due upon contract signing to confirm and reserve the date. Should you choose to cancel the event, please see contract for cancellation policy. Payment can be accepted via cash or credit card.

Prices
Prices are subject to change; however, prices are confirmed on events in which deposits have been made.

Sales Tax and Service Charge
A 9.1% Sales Tax, and 22% service charge will be applied to all room rental costs.
